Kevin Kelleher
Chief Executive Officer
Kevin Kelleher, as CEO of ICON Networks, focuses on the company’s sales and growth strategies as well as its financial success and reporting. Having degrees in both marketing and finance, Kevin has been able to leverage both his educational background along with his 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry to position ICON Networks as a leading IT technology integrator and distribution company.
With extensive experience in communication technologies, Kevin Kelleher’s success in the industry is attributed to his committed focus on understanding the overall goals of his clients, then fulfilling these goals with a solution recommendation that provides a real ROI both in capital and productivity. This focus of developing and delivering real business value drives his efforts in working with our staff, customers and partners.
Prior to his tenure at ICON Networks, Kevin was with Iwatsu Voice Networks for more than 21 years. As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Kevin’s responsibilities included distribution channel management, partner contract negotiation and relationship development, creation of product and marketing strategies, annual fiscal budget creation, development of corporate marketing and sales program/promotions, and negotiations with parent company, Iwatsu Electric.
Kevin’s telecommunications career began in the Washington, D.C. area where he successfully won and managed several government telecommunications contracts with both local and state agencies, the Social Security Administration and the U.S. Department of the Navy. Previously, Kevin was employed in the international logistics and transportation industry. He participated in logistics transportation for several commercial clients with government contracts with the U.S. Department of Interior and U.S Department of Defense.
Kevin has been a guest speaker and panelist for several industry symposiums sponsored by the North American Telecommunications Association (NATA), Multimedia Telecommunications Association (MMTA) and TMC Internet Telephony. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Miami University.

David Carissimi
Chief Operating Officer
For more than 35 years David Carissimi has managed engineering teams dealing with some of the most complex communication challenges and successfully provided solutions to meet these challenges. Over that time David has built a technical support organization of superior talent that provides leading product training and support services.
David provides the engineering and management leadership that has earned ICON Networks the respect of its peers in the industry. ICON Networks partners, dealer channel and end users have a great deal of respect for David’s engineering integrity and ability to succinctly provide solutions within the complex infrastructures of both voice and data technologies.
As a leading technologist, David has written product development specifications for over twenty-five years. He has managed the development process of these specifications beginning with code drafting and moved through quality control, the beta processes and release. His work has included development of embedded code and application software, system and terminal hardware as well as regulatory compliant releases.
Prior to his tenure with ICON Networks, David spent over 29 years with Iwatsu Voice Networks, with the last 15 years of his tenure as president. As president of Iwatsu Voice Networks, David guided the company through triple digit growth and expansion of its products into the Voice over IP and data networking technologies. In 1998 he took on the mission of moving the application development team for Iwatsu Voice Networks from its parent company in Japan, Iwatsu Electric, to an integrated development unit located in Irving, TX. This decision helped catapult Iwatsu Voice Networks product development and product success within the North American market.
